Nora started dancing at the age of 3 and was a competitive gymnast for 6 years. Nora Abille has been teaching dance in Alameda since 1989, which includes training, directing and choreographing for many age groups. She regularly prepares her acro team for regional and national competition. Nora is a member of AEF (Alameda Education Foundation) where she teaches and supports the After School Enrichment Program for Alameda public schools. “Teacher Nora” is ECE certified and has been teaching pre-school for over 20 years.

Some of her past performances include International Friendship Tour Hong Kong/Macau, World Expo Spain, EuroDisneyland Paris, Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disneyland, Disney World, the role of “Sister Bernstein Bear” at Great America, opening day for the SF Giants, Coca-Cola Commercial, and The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade two times.

Nora is certified with Dance Masters of America in the following subjects: Acrobatics

My daughter has been dancing since she was 3 years old. Now at age 11 she has really come to her own as a dancer. At Dance/10 she is not restricted to taking only one type of dance she has the option to participate in all forms of dance.
